Contract partner: Munas E-Commerce, Wassa Kanuteh, Esslinger Straße 176, 73207 Plochingen, Germany, e-mail: info@munas-store.com (hereinafter “we”).
These T&Cs apply to all contracts with consumers within the EU concerning the purchase of our goods via our website or via online marketplaces operated by us (e.g. Amazon, TikTok Shop), unless a different set of terms is expressly stated there.
Product presentations are non-binding. A contract is concluded when we accept your order, either by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed during checkout (e.g. credit/debit card via payment service providers, PayPal, or marketplace-specific payment methods). Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
Delivery is made to the countries indicated in the respective offer. Typical delivery times are stated under Shipping & Returns. Partial deliveries are permitted if this is reasonable for you.
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate Cancellation Policy.
The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. In the event of transport damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assert any claims against the carrier. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the event of slight negligence, we are liable only for damage arising from the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for loss of profits is excluded in such cases.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.
