If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
