All orders are fulfilled exclusively through Amazon FBA. This ensures fast delivery, reliable tracking and easy return handling.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on Amazon’s logistics conditions and will be shown during checkout on the Amazon product page.

Order tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link directly from Amazon.

Returns

Returns are handled via Amazon's customer service. Consumers benefit from Amazon’s proven and fast return process.

Return window:
As a consumer, you benefit from Amazon’s return policy and your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Return condition:
Returned goods should be unused and in their original condition if possible.

How to request a return

To return an item purchased through Amazon:

  1. Go to “Your Orders” in your Amazon account.
  2. Select the order containing your Munas Store product.
  3. Click “Return or Replace Items”.
  4. Choose the reason for return and follow the on-screen instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via Amazon using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund is usually issued within a few days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
